Terms & Conditions for Booking Tours & Travel Services
- Booking Confirmation: Booking is confirmed upon receipt of an initial deposit of 25% of total cost of travel services and travel documents.
- Payment terms: A deposit of 25% of the total cost of travel services is required to secure your booking and the final deposit expected no later than 45 days prior to the start of the service. Group payment terms may differ. Payment methods accepted are credit cards, bank transfers and momo.
- Cancellation Policy:
- More than 30 days prior to departure: 15% cancellation fee will apply.
- 15 – 30 days prior to departure: 35% cancellation fee.
- Less than 15 days prior to departure: 50% cancellation fee.
- No-show: 100% cancellation fee.
- Refund Policy: Refunds will be processed within 30 days of cancellation.
- Travel Documents: Customers are responsible for ensuring all travel documents (passports, visas, vaccinations, etc) are valid and up-to-date. Our team is available to guide you through the process of your visa application where needed.
- Travel Insurance: We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unexpected events.
- Liability: We shall not be liable for any injuries, damages or losses that may incur during travel, including but not limited to; Acts of God, War or terrorist activities, Civil unrest or protests, accidents or injuries during activities or excursions, food or water-borne illnesses or any other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
- Force Majeure: We reserve the right to cancel or modify tours or any services booked with us due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, political instability or conflicts, travel restrictions or advisories, etc that make it unsafe or impossible to operate the tour. We will do our best to communicate all alterations to any existing bookings in a timely manner.
- Dispute Settlement: Any dispute arising with respect to the interpretation or implementation of this arrangement will be settled amicably through consultation between both parties- the Company and the Client/Customer.
- Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ghana.
